Requirements for the Role of a Remote Social Media Manager
- experience with growing a social media page organically. This also includes organic views, reach, engagement, followers, and viral content
- ability to know and implement what boosts and grows a social media page such as getting more views, followers, engagements, retention, leads and so on
- practical demonstartion and understanding of how a each platform works – YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
- ability to interprete analytics and performance metrics across all socials
- up-to-date with trends and optimizing growth performance of platforms
- highly analytical, creative, passionate and result oriented
- capacity to work independently as well as in a team
