About the remote Data Entry Clerk Job
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for keeping company and client information accurate and up to date. The role also involves administrative tasks, document preparation, electronic filing, and supporting other members of the team.
Because the position is remote, you’ll need to be comfortable managing your workload independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Preparing documents and correspondence for filing.
Collecting and organizing required supporting documents.
Following up with internal team members when information or documents are missing.
Organizing electronic files according to company naming standards.
Entering information accurately from written and scanned documents into Farber’s internal software, Ascend.
Preparing documents for electronic signatures through DocuSign.
Maintaining confidential client information.
Filing statutory documents electronically.
Performing calculations related to income and surplus-income obligations.
Conducting relevant searches and assisting with information related to insolvency files, property registrations, and property valuations.
Preparing documents that require signatures.
Completing other administrative duties as assigned.

Applicants should have experience with data entry and be comfortable working with large amounts of information while maintaining accuracy.
